What kind of merch with be available?

Official tour merch includes T-shirts, hoodies, posters, hats, and limited-edition collectibles designed for the <STAY AWAKE> tour. Items may vary by city.

Where can I buy official tour merch?

You can purchase official merch at each tour stop inside the venue at the designated merch booth. Select items will also be available online through the official store.

Will merch be available online if I can’t attend a show?

Yes! A limited collection of tour merch will be sold online during the tour period. Check the official store for availability.

Can I preorder merch before the show?

Some items may be available for preorder through the official store before the tour begins. Preorders will ship ahead of tour dates where possible.

What payment methods are accepted at the venue?

Most venues accept both cashless payments (credit/debit cards, mobile pay) and cash. Availability may vary by city, so we recommend bringing a card.

How early should I arrive to buy merch at the venue?

Merch lines can get very busy. We recommend arriving early to the venue to secure the items you want before they sell out.

Can I return or exchange merch?

All sales are final. Exchanges will only be accepted for damaged or defective items purchased through the official store or at the venue.

I am going to a show! Can I pick up my order at the venue?

Orders placed before October 31 are eligible for venue pickup.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. Shipping is only available to the United States and Canada.

Who do I contact if I have an issue with my order?

For venue purchases: speak to the merch booth staff at the time of purchase.
